eTech Rentals was approached by an event production company to provide WiFi and internet services for a Spotify event at the Roxy. The initial request was for 500 users, as well as POS and production requirements.
The client required WiFi coverage throughout the Roxy and the parking lot, where merchandise booths were set up. The Roxy’s existing internet infrastructure was not equipped to handle such a high volume of users. To resolve this, eTech implemented a solution utilizing (2) Spectrum circuits and and eBond system.
Ultimately, upon arriving at the site, the client chose to limit WiFi and internet access to the production team, POS stations, and photographers only.
