eTech has enterprise arrays, bonded WiFi, and multiple 4G/5G hotspots available for rent and of course Satellite Internet. Nationally we offer bonded WiFi solutions that can support 100’s of users, as well as smaller 5G/4G hotspot solutions for 30+ users and Satellite Internet for truly remote or rural spots (give us a call to talk through sq footage of your event for Satellite). Our technicians are able to assess the location and type of event. In some cases, your event will need an onsite technician that will set up, monitor and troubleshoot all connectivity issues. Large scale events or difficult locations (outside, concrete spaces or multi-room complexes) may need the expertise that our technicians provide.
The Satellite device coverage is available throughout most of the United States (but not Southeast of the United States), Europe, and Australia. The device provides unlimited internet with speeds from 50–200 Mbps, but users may experience slower speeds due to network issues. Service may be interrupted or limited due to weather, terrain, customer equipment, or network limitations.
