Therefore, the consulate wanted to ensure that attendees could use their mobile devices throughout the event while maintaining a sophisticated look.
Each of the eTech Rentals Charging tables comes with 12 connections. For this event, eight tables were rented, enabling 96 devices to charge at once.
The consulate needed the equipment to arrive on time and be ready 2 hours before the live event. The Charging tables were delivered, and all 96 charging connections were tested on-site once plugged into their power source.
Upon the event finish, eTech Rentals managed the strike of the Charging Tables, completing the end-to-end logistics service.
